Hari Osofsky's computer crashed on May 23 and neither the email or other
data is recoverable from it.  Although it had been backed up prior to April
23 and Hari was generally forwarding proposals to the other co-chairs, it is
possible that one or two email proposals might have been lost as a result.
 
To make sure that we have the opportunity to review all proposals, we are
asking people who sent proposals to Hari only, but not the other co-chairs,
to please resend them to the whole group (Peggy McGuinness (
<mailto:mcguinnessm at missouri.edu> mcguinnessm at missouri.edu), Hari Osofsky
(hosofsky at uoregon.edu), Patrick Reed (pcr at customs.com), Nancy Thevenin
(nthevenin at uscib.org)).  If you sent your proposal to the any of the other
co-chairs in addition to Hari, the ILW committee should have your proposal.
Hari apologizes for any inconvenience that this causes and the ILW committee
looks forward to reviewing your proposals.
